Mt. Kinabalu 18 - 21August 2005

On 18 Aug 2005, 9 Brunei mount trekker fly with Air Asia via Miri Sarawak for Sabah to climb Mount Kinabalu. They all stay at National park hostel for a night before climbing the mountain. On 19 Aug. they started climbing @06:00hrs and reach at Laban Rata @13:30hrs. On 20 Aug started climbing to the summit.

Our team member increasing after a year. Bukit Shahbandar is the only favorite place for our team to do weekly trekking. The trek consider quite taught with 9 hills.

2003 is the beginning of Mount Trekkers Team era. It first started as a hobby which turned out to be an addiction to our members.

Early January 2003 we first climbed bukit Sahbandar and after going on and on, we start climb any hills in Negara Brunei Darussalam eg: Bukit Sahbandar at jerudong, Bukit Markuching, Bengawan, Keramunting at Subok, Bukit Dadap at Kilanas, Bukit Mentiri at jln Kota Batu and Bukit Patoi at Temburong. From then on we start climbing mountains in Sabah and Sarawak.
